We want you to be confident in your purchase. If Terminal Anywhere doesn't work for you, we'll give you a full refund — no questions asked.
How It Works
- Within 30 days of purchase: Email us at refund@terminalanywhere.com and we'll process a full refund. No forms, no hoops.
- After 30 days: Subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period, but you can cancel at any time to prevent renewal.
- Processing time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
What Happens After a Refund
Once your refund is processed, your tunnel, DNS record, and access policy will be deprovisioned. Your username will be released back into the pool. You're welcome to re-subscribe at any time.
Cancellation (No Refund)
If you cancel your subscription (rather than requesting a refund), you can do so anytime through your subscription management page. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time after the 30-day window.
