Terms of Service

1. Service Overview

Terminal Anywhere provides secure, browser-based remote terminal access to your own machines via Cloudflare Zero Trust tunnels. We provision and manage the tunnel infrastructure; you own and control your machines and the data on them.

2. Account & Access

• You must provide a valid email address to purchase and access the service.
• Your subscription grants access for one machine per account unless otherwise arranged.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and tunnel tokens secure.
• You must not share your account or tunnel token with others.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Terminal Anywhere to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Access systems you do not own or have authorisation to access.
• Distribute malware, conduct attacks, or engage in any illegal activity.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service without written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Pricing & Payment

• The service is billed monthly ($12/month) or annually ($99/year) depending on the plan selected at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Prices may change with notice. Existing subscriptions renew at the rate agreed at purchase unless otherwise communicated.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of purchase, simply email refund@terminalanywhere.com and we'll process a full refund — no questions asked. After 30 days, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period.

To cancel your subscription (without a refund), you can do so anytime through your subscription management page. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through Stripe or by emailing us. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of your current billing period. After that, your tunnel, DNS record, and access policy will be deprovisioned.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep the service running reliably but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Terminal Anywhere relies on Cloudflare infrastructure and your own machine being online. We are not liable for downtime caused by Cloudflare outages, your ISP, or your machine being powered off.

8. Your Data

Terminal data flows through Cloudflare's encrypted tunnel directly between your browser and your machine. We do not inspect, store, or log your terminal sessions. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data we do collect.

9. Limitation of Liability

Terminal Anywhere is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
